  • 7:00 Gates Open to Vendor Set up
    Vendors may setup the day before as well. The event is not responsible for security/etc overnight. Do so at your own risk.
  • 9:00 Gates Close to Vendor Vehicles
    All non-essential vendor vehicles MUST be removed prior to the gates closing. We recommend you unpack your vehicle and get it parked in designated parking asap so that you're nearby (the hill parking will be the first to fill when the public starts showing)
  • 4:00 Last event and Awards Ceremony Finished
    Begin cleanup 
  • 5:00 All vendors gone/site cleaned. 
    All vendors should have their site cleaned and be settled up with Austen Parish/Dave Quaranta/Val Romberg prior to leaving

  • You will not be able to bring a vehicle in/leave during the event (9:30-4:00), so please plan accordingly. 
  • This event has now consistently drawn 2000+ people. 
  • As per agreement, you are charged $100/space in advance of the event and $1/item sold.
    ALL proceeds go towards funding the Labor Day Fireworks and Boat Parade



  • Failure to adhere to any of the above will result in being asked to leave and may implicate not being invited back for at least one year.
